i bought a printer because when it comes to editing i need to obsess over my drafts on paper, but this printer and i have developed a very fucked up relationship and now Lee is in this new role she never asked for of having to protect the printer from getting stomped sometimes

I just hooked up my new @HP printer. It only took me three hours. I never do well with these things. My ExHub did it because he was a systems engineer, so I haven't fooled with any of that for 18+ years. I'm always too impatient & end up screaming, "WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME?!"

@JennaLore Classic printer moment to be honest. Whenever I find myself needing one they are always either nowhere to be found or broken

Thank you, HP, fantastic work. I definitely don't want to smash your printers into dust with my bare fists. It never ceases to amaze me that the mechanical part of printing is the most reliable, easiest part, and the software/drivers is usually what makes me want to scream.

How much do I have to pay for a printer that every device on my home network will automatically connect to every time, and print on demand, every time? Seriously, how much. It’s 2023 and printing is broken.

@FultonReed6 This is crazy because I just got back from Best Buy to get ink for my wife’s printer her ink was 78$ and her exact printer was on sale for 69$ so she just got new printer lol

Went to buy new ink cartridges for my printer. $177 fucking dollars for ink. A printer, better than mine was $100. How does this make sense. Needless to say I bought a new fucking printer

@HP kind of sucks. When you connected to one Internet, it won’t let you connect to another one and it won’t let us forget the printer on HP Smart. I can only disconnect it from my actual laptop, but even then it still does but it’s not supposed to. That $70 down the drain.

@CaelumHeres @HP Super annoying and unnecessary. Companies like HP do these things bc it helps them make money. But it comes at the expense of their customers.
