Good morning @NCAADIII. Day 2 of the DIII Inclusive Leaders Program is about to begin. Our inaugural facilitator cohort is excited to come to your campus/conference to provide a program on assisting you with the recruitment and retention of students of color.

I owe Nikki for how I innovate, problem solve, and demand excellence for our students. Her passion for her program and her students was unmatched and she expected excellence in every area. From recruiting, to academics, to travel Nikki made sure the girls had the best. She cared, and if she felt you didn’t care enough she made sure you knew and held you accountable because that’s what her girls deserved. Rest well coach, you will be missed.
