Titrated up to 4mg of Reta weekly. This is how it’s going so far:
- Appetite has been almost nonexistent. I’ve had to force myself to eat more than normal.
- Been a little “anxious” feeling since upping the dose. Nothing crazy, just more than usual.
- Can’t deny that the new dose is working. Measurements coming in smaller, mirror pictures looking better in just 4 days. (I’m aware this isn’t an overnight thing, but it feels like it just *stripped* fat away in day)
- Workouts suffering slightly. Most likely due to lower calorie intake. Need to bump up the food.
Overall I feel good with the new dose of retatrutide. Will stay here for a few weeks minimum to see if shedding fat does happen faster at the 4mg dose compared to the 3mg dose. Tbh i feel like my “Happly Place” dose is 3mg but we’re gonna ride this train out… for science!

things i learned the hard way on retatrutide:
the nausea peaks at week 3 not week 1
alcohol becomes literally toxic, one beer = food poisoning
sulfur burps mean you're titrating too fast
the "ozempic face" thing is real and arrives at month 4
nobody tells you any of this until you post about it

@kalos21million Still got the play the long game for sustainability. Those who abuse it will only feel worse mid-long term. Loss of muscle mass is not the aim!

@kalos21million Also been on 0.5mg for the first week, down 3kg. Even though I know this first week will mainly be down to mainly water weight, glycogen in the muscles and less food in the gut, the decrease in food noise and feeling fuller faster is real.

My take on Reta has always been lowest effective dose, which can only be determined with low and slow gradual dosing.
Steady state levels in the blood take time. You really don’t know until after about a month if any given dose/dose timing is what you need.
You may need to go up, depends on goals and side effects.
I have never gone above 0.5 every 6-7 days and had amazing results.

@kalos21million Good on you for looking to find the lowest effective dose I feel like far too many people are just looking to increase dosage as much as possible, as fast as possible

It never made sense to me why people would want to look like bodybuilders, their physiques are dysfunctional
Most of them can not do a regular pull up, and the whole goal of being as big as possible as a regular dude made no sense
You WASTE so much time in the gym, 3h per day to get those results + the gear
My goal has always been to supplement my life with working out, make my life better because I workout and play sports...
Not make working out my whole life

These people were not skinny they were lean and athletic with good muscle tone, bone structure, and posture. They don’t really exist anymore due to modern food and weightlifting trends so people now are either very muscular, very skinny, or fat. This is normal and healthy.
English

@ElijahSchaffer Disagree. For men, its being lean and athletic.
For women, good looking and not fat.
If you're talking purely health benefits, being skinny sucks, its unhealthy. Muscle mass is the best indicator of wellness and longevity

🚨 Manchester United are considering making a move for Leeds captain Ethan Ampadu as part of their midfield rebuild plans. 👀
Leeds, however, are pushing to hand the Welshman a new contract despite his current deal running until 2027, with Ampadu understood to be happy at Elland Road. 🟡

@peptidepirate Interesting. Im running cjc1295 and ipamorelin and have been for a while, im introducing reta on Sunday

Genuine question for researchers who have ran a similar stack 🏴☠️
———————————————————
Running CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin no DAC stacked alongside a GLP like Reta or Tirz 🏴☠️
(Could be tessa or others also)
GH secretagogues induce mild insulin resistance from my research 🏴☠️
GLP-1 agonists improve insulin sensitivity through glucose dependent insulin secretion 🏴☠️
Does the GLP meaningfully dampen the insulin resistance signal from the GH pulse 🏴☠️
Or are these effects too compartmentalized to cancel out 🏴☠️
Curious if anyone has tracked fasting insulin or HOMA-IR running this stack 🏴☠️
