It’s a critical CW laser company, the next chokepoint in photonics.
Closest comparison is $MTSI is $17 Billion.
Then $LITE at $51.97 Billion.
I think it should trade at $2-3B, today.
Yet it’s $320 million.
The sheer valuation gap points to massive upside when it scales.

I am begging someone, anyone to clean up the disability fraud in the VA. This guy was a Navy reservist who went to school for the Government and got out after 2 years with disability benefits for anxiety and depression. This has to end.

They brought in 12k last month, spent 25k, he built a 7k computer for a graduate degree he's working on and they are drowning in debt while both of them are receiving Government benefits through the VA.
There is so much fraud in this country. It honestly drives me insane. You do the right thing, you don't take what you don't need and the thanks you get is everyone else committing fraud.

@FischerKing64 The State itself has continually fumbled death penalty cases for years on appeal, they haven't even sentenced anyone to death since Lovell back in 2015. They are trying to save face and get a plea deal, no serious intent to get the DP for him or anyone else.

This is also why getting the death penalty for Tyler Robinson killing Charlie Kirk isn’t a slam dunk. That he planned it and carried it out isn’t enough. The hook in his case is that he fired in a crowded area - he could have missed and killed someone else. In the statute that could make him eligible for death. It doesn’t make sense to most people - but that’s how it works.
I suspect all the delays in his trial are driven partly by behind the scenes negotiations over a plea bargain. Assuming he’s as guilty as the available evidence suggests, the defense is likely just trying to take the death penalty off the table. The prosecution would probably agree normally to a guilty plea and life in prison - but for political reasons can’t/won’t do it.

Utah is one of those states where the death penalty only applies to ‘aggravated murder.’ It’s statutorily defined. Like you kill someone during a rape or kidnapping. Or you kill a law enforcement officer trying to arrest you. People think ‘murder 1’ and they think if you premeditate the murder and carry it out - bingo, death penalty. That isn’t the case in a lot of states. That’s not even true in Texas, which leads the way on most executions. In this case the woman apparently killed her husband to pay off debts, which maybe made her eligible for death under the statute. In Utah she would first need to be convicted of murder, and then the jury would also have to vote unanimously for death. For whatever reason the prosecution opted just to go for life - probably not confident it could get a unanimous jury. Of course in a sane and just society this woman would face a firing squad a few months after conviction. We don’t live in that society - but we used to.

🚨 HOLY CRAP. James O’Keefe went undercover as a Homeless Man and has ON CAMERA the Homeless Population being paid CASH for Ballots
- James O’Keefe’s team posed as homeless on LA’s Skid Row and recorded 28 separate instances of paid petitioners handing out cash ($2–$10 per signature), cigarettes, and marijuana in direct exchange for signing voter registration forms and election petitions — a clear state and federal felony.
- Petition circulators openly admitted they are paid per signature and can earn $1,000+ in a single day; one bragged, “$7 a signature, $5 a signature, $10 a signature.”
- Homeless individuals were repeatedly told to use fake addresses (“You can just put Pinocchio Lane” / “Oh, you can just fake an address”) and many had zero understanding of what they were signing.
- Petitions included radical measures funded by Uber, Delta, United Airlines, and the American Hotel & Lodging Association — such as a 5% “one-time tax on billionaires for healthcare” and overturning LA’s $30 minimum wage for hotel/airline workers.
- Taxpayer-funded Weingart Center (CEO previously earned $432,000) employees actively directed homeless residents to the bribe-paying petitioners and coached plausible deniability: “See they say ignorance is no excuse for the law. But a lot of times, I have to say ‘I didn’t know, I had no idea.’”
- The activity violates 52 U.S. Code §10307 (federal) and California Election Code §18603 (state); identical crimes led to arrests on Skid Row in 2016 and felony charges in 2019 — yet LAPD officers on scene shrugged it off as “a civil lawsuit.”
This is documented proof of widespread election fraud in California!

The Virginia legislature has just passed a bill officially to discriminate against white men in state-government contracts under $200,000.
Not yet signed by Gov. Abigail Spanberger, but indications are she will.

Every White man in Virginia needs to know that this government hates you. Democrats in Richmond just passed a bill to explicitly discriminate against White men in government contracting. For discretionary contracts under $200K, state agencies are allowed to bar White men from even being considered at all. And in all other <$200K contracts where White men aren't barred from competing, agencies are still allowed to award them to women or minority-owned businesses that are 5% more expensive than a bid from a business owned by a White man. The original version of the bill set the threshold at under $100K and included a clause allowing White men to compete if there was no competition or if only one firm submitted a bid. Democrats eliminated this language from the final bill.
