He was offered £1500 to leave the country through a 'voluntary return' form from the government while he was on trial for TEN counts of rape. 'New Scots' Profiles: Mohammed Mirzai, an Afghan asylum seeker, was recently convicted of two counts of sexual assault. These crimes were committed on trains in the space of just over a week. He was on bail for a voyeurism offence at Perth swimming pool. He was housed in the Radisson Hotel in Perth which is closed to the public, however the train station is approximately 100 METRES from the hotel. This is not the only asylum hotel in Perth. Across the road the Queens Hotel is also closed to the public due to housing asylum seekers, but still advertises hosting swimming lessons!
