It's a WIN to finally meet @BilalbinSaqib - Chair of @PakistanVARA, Minister of State for #DigitalAssets & key leader in Pakistan's move to regulate/grow the industry. Both globetrotters, Bilal & I spent a year missing each other across the world - so it was good to sit together at Punjab House in Islamabad 🇵🇰 For years, I've travelled to #Pakistan to advance education & adoption of #blockchain, AI & emerging tech. (Thanks mainly @TheFeelogical/ @defaprimitive by InvoiceMate, @MAzfarAhsan/ @NutshellGroup for immersing me often!) New Tech can provide New WINs for Pakistan's economy & youth. But as the lawyer in me always said, governments need to responsibly regulate in order for #Web3 to grow enterprise & institutional support. So let's congratulate PVARA and Bilal on recent launch of Pakistan's Regulatory Sandbox for virtual assets. A live, supervised environment for testing real-world use cases - tokenization, #stablecoins, remittance, and on/off-ramp infrastructure under regulatory oversight. Our venture entered the EU's #Copyright Innovation Challenge. The EU's goal is to co-create a next generation of copyright solutions that are open, creator-centric, and interoperable - leveraging #Web3 technologies while respecting existing copyright standards. Over 30 applications were submitted, and we are pleased to announce that SignSplit was selected among the top 14 moving forward to phase 2 - pitching our solutions to a panel of evaluators (which happened recently). Congrats to the 13 other projects who also advanced. No matter what happens next with this EU challenge, we know that SignSplit is moving in the right direction. We thank the @EU_Commission & its @EU_EBSI team for the opportunity, for selecting SignSplit to advance, and for listening to our IP solutions using #blockchain and #AI.
