@nextofficial hi I would like to make a very formal complaint in regards to the customer service experience one of the stores it's such a lovely place yet I felt as if the atmosphere was quite tense I think customer service needs to be looked at as it was quite disappointing.

@nextofficial you have just yourself a customer over £35. Ellie at Bell Green has refused to exchange a faulty new item as it was not bought in her store. Why do you not give managers discretion not to resolve this kind of issue. She refused point blank to save a customer.

Awful service from @nextofficial. Item ordered over 2 weeks ago to be delivered & assembled today. Despite calls and assurances this would happen now unable to assemble but can deliver - agreed as urgently needed. Now a text saying it may not be delivered either!
