@Sensui__Shinobu @EllisonGage The issue isn't with Nexus Wallet - instead it's the exchanges. They refuse to deposit funds from customers if it was send from a MWEB address. If an exchange accepts XMR or shielded ZCH, they should accept Litecoin MWEB too (in our opinion).

A few months ago, I also sent about 0.5 LTC from Binance to my Nexus wallet to test if transfers between the wallet and the exchange were smooth. It was successfully received in the wallet. However, the problem was that when I sent 0.5 LTC from the Nexus wallet to Binance, it just vanished into thin air. I posted about it, but no one paid any attention, and my enthusiasm for LTC cooled down a bit. The problem isn't with $LTC itself; frankly speaking, the Nexus wallet that LTC uses as its dedicated wallet is a mess. Do you know why $Zcash and $Dash have established themselves as successful privacy wallets? It's because their dedicated wallets are very convenient and highly reliable in terms of security. LTC must immediately create a dedicated wallet with extremely high reliability in terms of security to prevent users' valuable assets from simply disappearing into thin air. To be honest, the @nexuswallet is garbage.

I just got a transaction hijacked/scammed. I want to start by saying I ALWAYS check my receiving address before moving funds many times. I did no different here. Moved 21 Litecoin from Nexus Wallet to Kraken. Immediately I realized something was off. My kraken account never received the funds. I went to the block explorer to see this address above my kraken address as a receiver of the funds: ltc1fthytx2d30j9makgx4xvdwqza8xuen34xlzxtvxx5jpp8evt3a0nqfpg25d I won’t immediately blame Nexus, but I genuinely don’t understand how an address I don’t see when creating the transaction just appears on the block explorer after the fact. I know 21 Litecoin isn’t a lot of money, but it’s really disheartening. Takes a chunk (a thousand dollars is always sickening/a lot for me to lose at least rn) of something it’s taken me years to build. Losing a thousand isn’t enough to run me off from crypto as I’ve obviously lost more on bad price action days, but it is enough to hurt my family when just watching it go to oblivion or a hacker. Like I said, I’m not sure if Nexus or Kraken could even be at fault for this or if I somehow should’ve been looking for something not there. I’ve moved funds plenty of times from Cake and from my cold wallet. My first transaction on Nexus and this happens. Bad day for me in crypto and $LTC

@nexuswallet @LiteStrategy I already tried recovery process. Same result. Rescanned many times! I even tried in another app but it does not work because Nexus does not use BIP-39!

You didn’t follow the instructions… Just reinstall, then Recover Existing Wallet, and 2mins later you should see the correct balance. Always make sure to write down your seed phrase before reinstalling
