@WarpytheThird @LookAtMyMeat1 The Thalmor knew that the Nords wouldn't permit their beliefs being trampled on. They had agents already in place, and I'm willing to bet the Thalmor would start planting evidence. Remember, they needed the Civil War.

@LookAtMyMeat1 Last thing, Ulfric is also just an idiot. It is very obvious the Empire had no choice with the WGC with the part about forbidding Talos worship. Its a major reason a lot of Nords hate the Empire. But its not like the Empire gave up, it was that or be destroyed by the Thalmor

@Coldeskfan420 @Der_Kernel_ What exactly is the plan if Skyrim were to be independent? Sail the seas to the north? March through Hammerfell (treaty)? March through Cyrodil (imperial still defends against in the south)? The only way the Thalmor realistically invade is if the Empire just says fuck it.

Justify your civil war choice in Skyrim👇 And don’t give me the “oh the Nords are racist” as your justification for the empire. everyone in elder scrolls is racist. Just Google the shit Tiber septim did to summerset with a gundam

@Der_Kernel_ Its... complicated. I don't think Ulfric is a traitor. He won the duel. There were no rules against the voice. I'd side with the Legion in most cases, except that I have 0 desire to work for the Thalmor, which is what they are doing with the ban on Talos. I FIGHT FOR SKYRIM!

@ZoieNolan4 @CGHSquad @FLEEKAZOID They're trying it imply that since journos can occasionally get it right, that it's a rule and not an exception. I'd follow that up with: a broken clock is right twice a day.

@KBrox0 @FLEEKAZOID I agree it's not a 2.6, but a 86 is also way too high. After 80 hours I'd give it a solid 71.

@MxVivianWulf It's called having pride in your heritage. I get it's fine for poc to demonstrate it, but white cultures are considered larping when they show an interest in their roots?

What's the term for an American who's like... a weeb for Ireland? Like there are so many yankoids that actually know jacksht about Ireland and think it's all leprechauns, four leafed clovers and this sht. So many who claim Irish heritage but have never known an Irish relative.
The Conservative Alternative@OldeWorldOrder

In some cultures, women get down on all fours & twerk while throwing up gang signs. In Irish culture, women dance through the forest like angels. WE. ARE. NOT. THE. SAME.

China haters are so funny because they refuse to praise China for things that China does objectively better than all their countries. Imagine sitting there being like “not that impressive it’s just a bunch of skyscrapers with neon lights, massive scale urban planning, energy infrastructure to support hundreds of millions of people, nationwide high-speed rail, dense supply chains, port logistics, modern digital payment ecosystems and entire megacities built in decades” just dimwits 💀

So I gotta ask.. Why do youtubers that do the exact same thing as "game journalists" (but in video form) think they're somehow superior to game journalists? If anything youtubers in general has less education and a way more reasons to outright lie to get liked and easy views.
Luke Stephens@LukeStephens

@LegacyKillaHD I predicted after the preview that this is one that game journalists will loathe. There is zero hand holding and even at the preview event I witnessed several journalists from big outlets getting stuck in the tutorial puzzle for 45 plus minutes...

@MrHooboMaster Dean Takahashi did more damage to official game journalism than any policy could try to salvage. Also, thanks to the reviews of Hogwarts and BM: Wukong giving insight to how political (not in a government sense) reviewers are.

@JakeSucky The thing is... they'd kind of be right with a caveat. The reason is nobody trusts Bungie anymore. They've proven time and time again that they can't be trusted with live service games.

@Bitcoin_Teddy "You didn't pay $3200 for rent and $10 for eggs." Neither do a lot of people. Mid-20s, and I live in a decent 2 bed/2 ba, $2k total. $5 for jumbo eggs. "You didn't graduate into $50k student debt." You chose that. Others chose not to.

Older generations say “we all struggled in our 20s.” No, you didn’t. You didn’t pay $3200 for rent and $10 for eggs. You didn’t graduate into $50K student debt and $0 job security. Gen Z isn’t dramatic. They’re drowning.

Here are my predictions for the upcoming Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced: 🟢 It’s a full remake from scratch like Resident Evil 2. 🟢 The graphics will be amazing, just like Shadows, and sometimes even better. 🟢 Gameplay-wise, it will be a good step up from the original game. 🟢 There will be no major RPG elements like Shadows. It will be more like Mirage. 🟢 There is no skill tree, leveling system, XP system, or master levels. 🟢 The looting system uses hidden crates that hold equipment tied to rarity levels (e.g., Level 1 = 8 damage, Level 2 = 18, Level 3 = 34, etc.; common, rare, legendary system). 🟢 All legendary items have special perks, like extra damage to animals. There are multiple blade types as well. 🟢 Mocapped cutscenes will return and look similar to the original game. 🟢 The new combat is similar to AC Mirage Valley of Memory, with a defense system and abilities without cooldowns. It’s very grounded, e.g., sweeping enemies to trip them, auto-aim with guns, kicking enemies (you can’t grab and throw them like before). 🟢 You can chain-kill up to 2 enemies at first with good takedown animations, and this increases as you upgrade your gear. The final takedown animation is more visually enhanced (not black-and-white like Shadows). 🟢 Your blade has two stats: damage and chain takedown capacity. 🟢 When you break an enemy’s defense with a perfect parry, you can start a takedown chain. 🟢 Guns have range and fire rate. 🟢 Trinkets provide extra perks, like double pelts when looting or easier enemy defense breaks. 🟢 Activities like killing sharks with harpoons and exploring shipwrecks with a diving bell will return. 🟢 Pets will return (dogs, cats, chickens, etc.), with petting animations similar to Shadows and Mirage. 🟢 You can equip pets, for example, a cat will stay beside you on your ship and hide during combat. 🟢 Core parkour mechanics will be available from day one, including side ejects, back ejects, and manual jumps. Tree parkour will also return. 🟢 The weather system will be similar to Shadows, with intense storms, flying leaves, and moving trees. 🟢 Ship combat will resemble the original game but may sometimes feel like Odyssey. 🟢 It feels closer to the original but with major improvements. You can fire normal cannon shots or switch to fire cannons. Each weapon has two ammo types. 🟢 Pelt and ship upgrades will return, but ship upgrades require visiting specific locations. Some upgrades are only available at Great Inagua. 🟢 Seamless world traversal with no loading screens. 🟢 There will be 4 special officers with unique perks for your ship. You must complete missions to recruit them, similar to Odyssey. 🟢 The original modern-day storyline is removed and replaced by an Animus Hub. 🟢 Animus Rift missions, data fragments, and projects will return. 🟢 Modern-day Animus Rifts will focus on Edward (e.g., a “what if” scenario where he remains a privateer or becomes wealthy). 🟢 The game will start with modern-day cutscenes like Shadows. 🟢 Night environments will be similar to Shadows. 🟢 Character models look almost the same but with new gen graphics. 🟢 The map is similar to Shadows but more colorful and vibrant (not black-and-white). You can zoom in anywhere at any time with high detail. 🟢 Photo Mode will be available from day one. 🟢 The inventory interface will resemble Shadows and Mirage. 🟢 There are 6 equipment slots: 1 blade, 1 gun, 1 armor set, 2 trinkets, and 1 pet. 🟢 Headgear and armor are combined into one slot. 🟢 There is no seasonal system like Shadows. 🟢 Some areas of the map will remain inaccessible. 🟢 Tailing missions will be reduced and shortened. 🟢 Eavesdropping missions will still be present, similar to Shadows. 🟢 Some NPCs will hint at hidden treasures, marked by a sound bubble to indicate they are speaking. 🟢 Great Inagua will return, with expanded manor activities like decoration, fleet management, and other features (unlike the original).
