@Eurostar @eurostarde Mal n ehrliches Kunden-Feedback fürs nächste meeting: + Zug perfekt pünktlich + Sitze ultra bequem + toller Service am Gleis & im Zug ABER - Gourmetmahlzeit unterirdisch schlecht und für den Auftpreis eine absolute Frechheit…

Die Gourmetmahlzeit, die dann anschließend serviert wird besteht aus Tee/Kaffee/Wein & einem schmalen Stück Kuchen, der so künstlich schmeckt, dass ich weinen möchte. Ich verstehe, dass man aus Kostengründen keine echten Himbeeren nimmt. Was ihr hier abliefert ist 1fach kacke.💩

Das upgrade von comfort auf premium kostet 45€. Ich habe vermutlich einfach was anderes erwartet. Zum Frühstück serviert ihr Kaffee (ist okay) und dazu ein Mini-Croissant von Kamps 😤 Beides kann ich für 4,50€ am Bahnhof kaufen. Premium ist Nichts davon.
