Big week in Chicagoland. Aaron and Doug in town. Four strong restaurant visits and two impactful listening sessions with our managers and team members. Caught a Bulls game and saw the river green for St. Patrick’s Day, but the real win was the focus on feedback, leadership, and investing in our people. Great momentum. Just getting started
