So @British_Airways tell you to tweet when you are unhappy with them - how about providing a number to call to get an update on your 9 week old claim - there is no number or follow up email address - very sad as my loyalty is now being pushed!

I don’t use Twitter. Except to complain about a brand. @fitbit @FitbitSupport responded here, but 6 days later (inc a myriad of emails / calls) customer service remained shocking, no fix. Epic fail! I went back to @amazon and despite out of return time, they’ve agreed to refund!
