Nick, every person in that photo represents years of brutal competition. Many Indian students study 14–16 hours a day and fight through exams where millions compete for a few seats. After that they graduate from top universities and prove themselves at work. American companies don’t hire them as charity — they hire them because merit and performance matter. If these people were not capable, companies in the U.S. wouldn’t be paying huge salaries and fighting to keep them. So the real question isn’t why they succeed — the question is why talent bothers you. & if a logical response sounds like AI to you, Nick, you might just be unfamiliar with logic.. take care buddy.

It’s not a problem. The problem is American. People are too confused. What to do in life they don’t teach their kids. They don’t care. They think a minimum job will do it. They don’t set expectation for their kids. They don’t force their kid to do well in school so all the people from India and Asians continent are taking good CEO job.

Look at this image. Every one of these people leads a major American company. Every one of them is of Indian origin. This isn't an indictment of India. It's an indictment of America. India produces engineers. We produce gender studies majors and TikTok influencers. India's IIT system rejects 98% of applicants. Our universities hand out degrees for showing up and charge $200K for the privilege. These companies didn't hire Indian CEOs out of charity. They hired them because we stopped producing Americans who could compete for the jobs. We spend more per student than nearly any nation on earth. And we can't fill the corner offices of our own companies.
