@ClayTravis So how many million did the inclusion of Bama and Oklahoma earn the SEC? 12-15 million? That was the problem. SEC gets nothing from ND being in there. So they okayed up the Miami/ND narrative to distract from them moving Oklahoma and Alabama ahead of ND over the last few ranking

This is a complete and total asskicking. Credit to Indiana. I didn’t think they could dominate Alabama in all facets like this. I was wrong.

@ClayTravis When ND plays away, the stadium sells out 90% of the time, without ND those stadiums sell out 23% of the time. The pop tart bowl is who gets hurt here.

South Carolina averaged more TV viewers this fall than Notre Dame did. Impact of them skipping a bowl will be nonexistent on ESPN’s revenue.

@ClayTravis ND is irrelevant, ND has no clout, we don’t care about ND…….Oh but let’s all talk about EVERYTHING ND does nonstop. It’s funny. After spending 25 years in mediocrity, ND is back and still the most relevant college football program in the world, and people hate it. LOL.

Notre Dame opting out of good bowl game over sour grapes is a kick in the face to those who watch their games and enjoy doing so. It’s about more than you.

Tiger Woods turns 50 in December. If he plays a dozen events and all the senior majors it’s gonna remind some people nobody moves the needle in sports like Tiger Woods does. LIV will be a fucking footnote to the Champions Tour. You can’t repeat the past but it sure would be fun.

With email the USPS doesn’t deliver near what it used to. Make it a twice a week delivery. America will deal with that nicely.

What I don’t understand is how UPS, FedEx and other package carriers are profitable but USPS has always worked at a deficit. There’s something terribly wrong with this work model.

It's year 27 of sobriety for me, and I still take it one day at a time. I started with 18 things I needed to fix about myself. I only focused on two: recommitting my life to Christ and getting sober. I don't even know what the other 16 were. Turns out, I didn't need to. I just went to work on becoming the best version of myself. I didn't try and do it overnight. It was one day at a time. Truthfully, that old slogan, one day at a time, I just tried to have a good day today. My jackass man mentality had me thinking "I dug myself in this hole, I'll dig myself out." Brilliant plan, right? The same guy who drove the car into the ditch was going to get it out. But then I started asking for help. Asking for help became my superpower. When I stopped trying to fix everything at once and just tried to have a good day today, life started making sense again. Recovery isn't perfect, but neither am I. I'm just a man who found a way to make himself happy so he could have a chance at making others happy too.

What a moment for Notre Dame. Thirty years of "they're a fraud, they're overrated, they never win the big one, etc." Doesn't get more definitive than hammering the SEC champion/recent two-time national champ in a Playoff game.

Good question from @clayandbuck caller, did Tim Walz lie about getting a DUI when he applied to volunteer coach high school football? We know he lied on about the DUI on his first congressional campaign. Most volunteer coaching positions require you to disclose arrests/criminal charges. Should be looked into.

Always great to wake up to an email saying you’ve lost all credibility, then an hour later getting a text barrage from a longtime area coach calling the project you’ve spent months putting together “a joke.” It has already been that kind of day.
