@DylanBaddour Industrial and agricultural water needs to be closer to retail minus treatment and distribution costs, and if it's treated potable water it needs to be closer to retail. Households pay $2 to $8 for 1 unit (100 cu ft/748 gallons) while commercial buys it by the acre-foot.

Recent bullish trends in NWP models are likely real & a response to the leading/ascending phase of the CCKW approaching the tropical Atlantic.
