Couch to 5k, completed it ✅ Decided to skip week 9 next week and the 28 min run today, and just did a 5k instead 🥳 Forgot to stop my watch which frustrated me more than it should 😆 Strava to the rescue. Wanted to beat 35 mins but I’ll absolutely take just finishing it.

A cheeky question to those that wildcarded in GW6… What would you change about your wildcard if you were given unlimited transfers this week to make changes again? Which players do you regret choosing or not choosing?

What early questions do you have ahead of FPL GW4? These questions will be used for my transfer plans video later today and also the FPL Therapy episode which will be live on Tuesday! Can be specific player questions or more general strategy based questions!

@FPL__Raptor For those who started without both, I think a big question for GW4/5 is do you get Haaland or Salah in, even if it means a -4? And would you do this even if you plan to wildcard in GW6? Haaland arguably the stand out captain GW4, and Salah likewise for GW5.

@FPL__Raptor Is Barco still worth picking or now too much of a risk with Estupinan likely to return earlier than expected? He was going to be my 4th defender alongside another 4.0…

Absolutely appalling service from @hometelecomcare, after being transferred from Cuckoo. Not had the internet for A MONTH after you ‘ceased’ the service in error. Only thing you’ve done proactively is charge for a service I’ve not had, despite saying otherwise. Still no update.

So while many watched a very dull England football match, I was listening to people with learning disabilities talk about (among other things) what success means to them. I think I won tonight. And @Saba_Salman asking all the right questions, like the true journo pro she is!
