@lee_c_zhao @YouTube Love your videos Lee. Keep em’ coming. For your Y-V’s when there is a crossing vessel do you ever hammock/pex the crossing vessel up higher on the pelvis so it’s not as close to the recon? Had always dismembered but like the idea of keeping back wall intact where possible.

Another option for UPJ obstruction after pyeloplasty is ureterocalycostomy, especially useful in thinned parenchyma over the lower pole. I use a circumferential suture to evert the lower pole mucosa. youtu.be/W3817qCAQyw?si… via @YouTube

Today’s bench renal tumorectomy for an angiomyolipoma on allo-transplant before implantation. Very useful angled crescent knife ( sharptome ™️) that I often use in this setting. Of course, here margins were minimal due to the benign nature of the mass. Music: Claude Nougaro.
