The actual article describes a horrible accident after the father was merely showing the gun to his daughter and stupidly 1) failed to check the chamber and 2) pointed the weapon at her. He still should have been charged with something in my opinion but he didn't murder her as you imply.

The first time I did the lottery, I was in highschool. I had turned 18 a few weeks beforehand and every single one of the photos of me in a bikini that went viral on the internet in the aftermath were taken when I was 15 or 16 years old. Of course I have aged - I was a child.
I find it so strange that women are asked to delay womanhood as long as possible in favor of some kind of eternal girlhood. I don’t want to be a girl, I don’t aspire to look like a teenager.
