The only MAGA left are boomers who live in FOX/FB land, paid influencers, and folks with the emotional intelligence of a 13-year-old. It’s over. The unraveling could be quick or quite ugly. Seems like we might get both. Supporting Trump will be like supporting the Iraq war soon.

The biggest scumbags in real estate: Wholesalers. Stealing properties from Grandma and making the biggest fee they can. Wholesaler's argument: "I'm doing the seller a favor because the property isn't marketable on the MLS" You know this is bull shit, and you know you're just lying to yourself in order to make yourself feel better. Every property is marketable on the MLS. A house that was half burned down got 30 offers last week from home flippers and went above asking. If a wholesaler got their dirty hands into that property, the seller would have made $200,000+ less in profit. Stop taking advantage of people and find a career that actually provides value to others. Don't know how? It's easy, get your license and advise clients on how to get the best price for their property. You'll make way more money and people will like you a lot more too.
