@GoDaddyHelp hoping you can help. I have a client that has a domain registered with GoDaddy that expired 4/22. Ever since then, they have been locked out of their account and submitted the necessary information via the account recovery process but haven't heard anything back.

@WyzeCam Called the local post office and they said that they don't have the package. The gentleman stated that their status indicates that they received the shipment that the parcel was supposed to be on but never received the actual package itself. He double checked for me, he said.

@WyzeCam I called the main 800 number and waited on hold for 30 minutes and then gave up. I tried to file a claim as well but they need information I don't have to find missing mail. I don't get why it was sent USPS when the shipping fee is so high.

@nickvolpe It looks like your package has made it to your city. UPS and USPS both say that USPS accepted your order on July 2nd so they should have a record of it. I hate to ask you this, but have you tried calling your local post office to see what's going on?
