@Stagecoach_West what's the reason for the lateness, and you can't blame the road closure as this bus has been late before it even hit that.

@Stagecoach_West You've been doing so well recently, What has gone so wrong this last few days, i know you'll say several factors but I think as customers if we knew exactly what the issue is we'd be more understanding, the other day in Gloucester 3 number 12s were cancelled in a row.
