Absolutely no one who has watched the Karen Read trial for the first time thinks she’s guilty. The people who think she’s guilty just hate her. They think she’s a bitch. Hate the way she looks. Hate her attorneys. Hate her parents. Hate @DoctorTurtleboy. But none of them think she’s guilty because of ACTUAL PROOF and EVIDENCE.

If any jurors our checking out X, you should know that Beverly DOES NOT have to accept a partial verdict. It is her discretion. If you vote NG on all counts but hang on the OUI, she ABSOLUTELY will do everything in her power to declare a complete mistrial. NG on ALL COUNTS!!!

Took me a minute to go through the numbers that were called for alternates. Let's go through them together. Juror 1 who did not take any notes has been chosen as the foreman. This is the same seat as Vineyard Vines from Trial one, who was also chosen as the foreman. Juror 2 was a middle aged female who has been chosen as an alternate. Juror 3 remains on the jury. You know him as Doll Face. Juror 4 remains on the jury. This is the younger male who was first seated closest to the witness stand but was moved to this seat. Juror 5 remains on the jury. You should not feel bad for Hank Brennan. He went into this with his eyes wide open. This case has been flawed from the jump. You should feel sorry for John O’Keefe’s family; they will never get justice. You should feel sorry for the credibility of the criminal justice system, which has been severely damaged. You should feel sorry for Massachusetts taxpayers, who have been fleeced in order to support Michael Morrisey’s obsession to “get Karen Read” irrespective of the numerous red flags. You should feel sorry for good troopers in the MSP and good prosecutors in the Norfolk DA, who may be unfairly damaged from this fiasco. And yes, you should feel sorry for Karen Read, her wonderful parents, and her family, who should never have been put through the legal process on this evidence.

Tough, tough ending for the prosecution. The last things the jury heard were Dr. Russell unequivocally testify an opinion that the arm injuries were doing bites and inconsistent with an SUV-pedestrian strike, PO Barros unequivocally testify that the taillight “absolutely” did not match the way the MSP claim it was found, Loughran unequivocally testify there was no body on the lawn when he plowed after 12:30, Dr. Wolfe unequivocally testify that the SUV damage was not consistent with a pedestrian strike, Dr. Lopasata unequivocally testify and contradict every medical theory of the DA’s case (on pedestrian strike, no hypothermia, animal bites present, a ridge/pattern injury on head not consistent with striking lawn), and Dr. Rentschler unequivocally testify that kinetics and physics demonstrate his strong opinion that there was no SUV-pedestrian strike. None of these witnesses were impeached on anything meaningful other than Barros and the photograph, which was successfully rehabilitated. Reasonable doubt is everywhere, particularly where the DA case is tethered to experts saddled with academic dishonesty and competence issues.

Hank Brennan LIES to the jury. The defense is forced to CORRECT that lie, and Beverly gaslights the defense and makes it THEIR fault they had to waste to jury’s time. This judge is violating Karen’s right to a fair trial. A revolution was started because of judges like Bev.
