@pettrac your email system is not allowing emails with attachments. It appears they are being quarantined. In order to allow customers to electronically change details, please can you sort this.

@garden4less@KettlerGB It’s not my ‘confusion’. It’s yours and @KettlerGB’s obvious error in not understanding the definition of seat height! The seat pads are integral - not an optional extra. So honour your retruns policy - collect and refund, with no cost to me, something has been misdescribed!
@Nicky_Raimbaux@KettlerGB Sorry for the confusion with the seat height, Nicky. The height given is accurate, but we have now included the height with seat pad to make it clearer.
@garden4less@KettlerGB struggling to return a LaMode ‘lounge’ set to Garden4Less at no cost to me - listed seat height 36cm doesn’t include the thick seat pads which take the seat height to 48+cm!! The omission is misselling the product. Vital to know this statistic.

Totally unacceptable @SEATUK that you think the we should foot the bill for the replacement of the failed sunroof in a car that’s less than 4 years old!
My refund must include outward delivery and due to the fact that the plants supplied were unfit for purpose, Gardening Express should pay the return delivery costs.
As the goods (plants) you supplied were not satisfactory quality/fit for purpose (they are dead), the Consumer Rights Act 2015 states I have a right to reject them as they are faulty, and be entitled to a full refund.

I have taken legal advice for the issues I have experienced with your company. I had every right to cancel this item AFTER the 24 hour period of ordering. As well as cancelling it after receipt.
