There's was nothing at all about that message that was inciting violence. But then again, ya'll don't understand that ICE has no jurisdiction over US citizens and they do not have the authority to use deadly force unless there is confirmed threat to their lives or the lives of those around them.

The mayor is correct. These inexperienced ICE agents do not have training necessary to safely perform their duties. They are inciting violence. Case in point - the agent who killed the peaceful mother of 3 by walking in front of her car and pointing his sidearm. She was leaving the scene so he killed her.
