@NienhausLab @Thorlabs We had an issue (maybe similar?) recently with a UV-fused silica cylindirical lens from Thorlabs under 257 nm... Initially, lens was behaving normal but then it starts fluorescing beautiful red color well below damage threshold range... @Thorlabs ?
