Pt 2: What does it take to get a response from @RadissonHotels, @Radisson @RadissonRewards @radissonas a Premium Rewards member?

@RadissonHotels you publicly asked me to send a DM.I did with full details,ticket #60019574, and a clear request.That was 38+ hours ago. No reply. This is now 3+ weeks of being bounced between support agents with zero resolution. Reviews on Google Maps and Yandex Maps remain up.

@RadissonHotels @RadissonRewards @RadissonBlu @Radisson Part2: This has been going on for 2+ weeks. $14 advertised → $218 pre-tax at checkout. Ticket #60019574. How is this acceptable for a Premium Rewards member?

@RadissonHotels update: after posting a public review, your team responded within minutes asking for a reservation number. I replied explaining (again) that no reservation exists because the booking was never completed due to the misleading price. Still no resolution.
