@ShellEnergyHome your customer service is shocking. I’ve paid my bill and tried to close my account for over a month and shown proof but you continue to harass me with debt collection agencies and texts and calls saying i have not paid. Its causing anxiety & stress.

@tvlicensing just going through my bank statements & have noticed for some reason ive been charged for my TV licience fee twice each month, for at least 9 months if not longer (i can only see upto the last 9 months banks statements). This will need to be refunded. Please advise
