Retweets appreciated Does any one know this person? My father in law was born 6/26/1940 He was given up for adoption in 1941 when his dad was drafted into WWII We believe this might be his birth farther. Birth father was born 1915-20 in northeast US. Greek Orthodox family

@MindOfRusso I am in the same boat. Luckily, I didn't get gated on anything I had in stock. But lots of brands I have sold are now gated.

The amount of brands that I am not gated on that i have previously sold is incredible. I sell thousands of units a month with almost 100% feedback and my performance apparently was not good enough to be on those listings. But hey, Joe Schmo with 60% feedback can sell it!

@AdultingIsEasy @MrJonesSTRs Thanks! I will check out PricePoint for sure! It sounds ignorant to say that it seems easy enough, but it seems to be. Numebs just have to work. We would use the lake house instead of our camper, & the airbnb part would allow someone else to pay for it for us. :)

@NikkiRogersOP @MrJonesSTRs First, know that you can do it. You're already a resilient investor. Second, know that the stakes aren't that high. You can unwind it if it doesn't work for you. Or pivot. Third, know that the first year is hard but it gets easier.

@NikkiRogersOP @MrJonesSTRs I’ve never owned one, but in talking to people who have…..cleaning is 90% of your headache. Make sure you have a plan (and prob backup plan) for cleaning before buying

@JayFBA1 It’s fairly simple. Most of them I see where people can’t beat them are brands they should have never sourced.

With all the Amazon seller account deactivations and sections 3s, how do huge Amazon OA sellers trust Amazon to have hundreds of thousands of their money? A lot of the sellers that lose their accounts seem to have good health, until something very bad happens leading to bans

@FBASellerGuy @amazon_lit Do you convert to gift cards? I am looking at the website and it doesn’t look like you can get cash back. I don’t do a good job at optimizing my rewards. I do 2% cash rebates currently.

@7stripewhite The carpet is $2200. I might replace with cheaper carpet but this is a very nice home. Hugh income tenant base. The tenant will cover the cost but it’s the first time in the 15 years a tenant has done this much damage. I’d like to fix on a move forward basis.

@NikkiRogersOP Any damage not covered by security deposit (normal replacement cost) I ask the tenant to either cover or I 1099 them the difference.

@MrUpward This is beyond wear and tear. Hot wax melted on to the wall. Kids stickers that will pull paint off. And more.

Made the insane decision to stop at BUC-EE’S this weekend. There has to be 2,000 ppl shopping. GM said they will do $400,000-500,000 today in sales. They have 128 gas pumps, 80 restroom stalls and 60 cashiers. Never seen anything like it. It’s a mega-gas station.

@crtorres11 I have done annual inspection and the lease clearly states tenant is responsible for repair. However I don’t have anything that says they will fix annually move out. In this case they are going to cover the cost. But thinking I need to change the lease but not sure how?

@NikkiRogersOP After having to pay for repairs one or two years in a row maybe they’ll learn to stop letting their kids destroy the walls or the pets causing damage
