@boohoo_cshelp @evri_parcel Tried to report on both websites. Items were stolen out of my package and then sellotaped and thrown over my fence. I want a refund. I also paid for next day delivery and it arrived 3 days late with the items missing!!

@TUIUK the worst possible airline EVER!!! Been sitting in Gatwick Airport since 5 this morning waiting for a non existent flight, no managers no resolution just stuck. How to ruin peoples holidays 👏👏

@TUIUK Tried this number on 4 different phones on Friday for hours and no one wanted to help us when we asked to extend (if we got through) and we would be transferred to a number that no one answered... it should be tui ringing us considering you ruined the beginning of our holiday!

@TUIUK Time on the phone and was told I would be reimbursed and transferred (without being asked) to a ghost line. This happened about 15 times. You're a disgrace as a company! Why would you take so many peoples money and not provide holidays they paid for? Or even answer the phone?

@MGassanly hi murad are you still the mp for Churchill? If so i have an ongoing leak that @wcchousing won't bother fixing. I have a 5 month old baby with a serious amount of mould and no one seems to care how dangerous this is for her, myself and my husband.

@wcchousing @twocitiesnickie Any news on this, still have a leaky daughter and I now have to go doctors as we have bad chests which is probably because we've been breathing in mould dirty water for the last 10 weeks and you've sat and done nothing. Let me remind you my daughter is 6 months old.

@wcchousing @twocitiesnickie I don't even think you can call 9weeks a delay? Can you? How many times can you ignore us? The flat next to us is having a whole new bathroom and kitchen fitted at the moment so there is no excuse as to why you can't fix our ongoing leak that has been reported everyday for 9weeks
