@fesshole A similar thing actually did happen in Sweden at the Swedish Tax Authorities. The person who did it got away with 55 hours of calling themselves until found out. Comment to management: “had extremely low motivation”…

I work in a contact centr. What I've done and am doing currently is - I call myself from my mobile on private, and I dial my extension, leave the phone on mute and then go out for an hour get the shopping and come back. They have never noticed. I've done this perhaps 100+ times
