SP officer has told us a week ago they have forwarded the file to RPO its been more then 3 months her file is stuck due to irresponsible police report in spite of having proper documents they don’t send the clear reports further and citizen suffers to get the basic right of identity my mothers passport is extremely urgent to us as she has to travel to UK as my medical condition is not well i am her daughter

@rpomumbai File no BO2060876811225 we have applied for the passport on 1st April 2025 because of police officers mistake the wrong paper was sent .we have contacted personally to SP office they told us they have forwarded the file to RPO ! We need the passport on urgent basis as my mother needs to fly immediately we need to apple for the visa as well kindly Please escalate the file and send us our passport!
