I should have read the bad reviews before I took my dog & ended up with a terrible cut and upcharges while the guy is simultaneously saying he was very good during the appt. Specifically the reviews mentioning the groomer who butchered my dogs face.

@petsmart grooming on potranco and 1604 in SA is a scam! I’m pretty sure they didn’t even give my dog a haircut except for his face that looks like they took a pair of clippers to half his head when I asked just to clean up around the eyes with scissors.
