@OrevaZSN This is why I love being a musician/producer. Pretty much all popular DAWs like Logic Pro, Cubase, and FL Studios still use one-time purchase models, with lifetime free updates included as well.

You know what really bugs me these days? We can't own anything anymore. Everything is a subscription. Adobe, Notion, Spotify. You don't just buy things once, you keep paying every month. You literally have to pay for everything forever. Isn't anyone else bothered by this?

@ZikadaPrime Actually has exclusives, and good ones at that. It helps that it's also a pretty beastly handheld, too.

@Pirat_Nation In case people are wondering, the option for background play can be found under Settings > Media. The option is called “Background play” on Brave for Android and “Background Audio” on iOS.

YouTube has begun blocking background playback for non-Premium users on third-party mobile browsers. Brave released a quick update to restore the feature, with instructions to update content filters in Settings > Shields > Content Filtering.
