Friend considering buying an EV because of the petrol shennanigans. My recommendation remains a bicycle. India barely has electricity to light up homes. There will be regrets. Not to mention. unlike China, we use coal, diesel and other nasty stuff to make electricity, so you aren't preventing pollution. Get a bicycle for the price of a fancy meal out, service it for a year for the price of a working meal out. Live closer to work. Use public transport or cabs for longer distances and spare yourself the maintenance, parking and driving stress. Get a nap instead while somebody takes you from A to B.

You’re born onto a planet you never asked to exist on… and society immediately hits you with: “Okay, now go earn the right to eat, sleep, rest, and have shelter.” Like… zoom out for a second. We’re floating on a rock in infinite space and we created a game where you have to spend most of your life working just to not starve or freeze to death. The whole concept is actually insane when you think about it.

@F1 One more formation lap should not come at the cost of reducing a racing lap, especially when these cars are running on 50% electric power. How dumb 😔🤣

NVIDIA has removed "gaming revenue" from their financial reports. It's now a footnote in their "Edge Computing" section of their filings. Datacenters are the bulk of the report. It's so over, boys.

🚨 MY TWO CENTS... Ci indigniamo per una staccata sbagliata. Discutiamo per un sorpasso aggressivo. Dividiamo il paddock in fazioni, tribù, colori. Ducati contro Aprilia. Rossi contro Marquez. Vecchia scuola contro nuovi fenomeni. #MotoGP

@RBR_Daily F1 community needs to make the loudest noise if they are really passionate about bringing back N.A V8. Otherwise we'll end up with noiseless turbos again. Rules are not finalized, WE ALL TOGETHER can influence the decision. It's our final chance, after this V8 is gone forever #F1

🚨 FIA president Ben Sulayem has confirmed F1 will return to V8 engines "It's coming, oh yes, it is coming. At the end of the day, it’s a matter of time. In 2031, the FIA will have the power to do it, without any votes from the power unit manufacturers." "You will hear about it very soon. It will not be something like now, which is a 46-54 split. There will be very minimal [electric] power." "I'm targeting 2030. One year before the maturity [of the regulations]. it will happen. But let's say the manufacturers don't [vote for it], then one more year and it will be done. It's not a matter of, 'Do I need their support?' No, it will be done. V8 is coming." @JosephPetrassi @F1BigData Lmao Indycar is using turbo V6 engines not V8. You yourself liked that engine sound. But then why are F1 V6 engines noiseless then? 🤣 Dude, I've been doing this since the 2000s. If they are going with turbos, then say goodbye to sound forever. 🫡

@LorcanByrne18 @F1BigData I simply don't care what direction they take with engines. I just don't feel the adrenaline rush seeing cars go 350kph noiseless, back then the sound of V8,10,12 as the car is approaching is the most memorable moment for people watching in grandstands or on TV. Now it's just sad.
