Having Sequoia on your cap table changes the life of a founder. It used to and still does. And it will till domestic VC funds become bigger and more aggressive. So everyone still tolerates Singh. But IMHO, founders are reaching a point of awareness on how to work around this.

Everyone in the ecosystem knows that Sequoia's Shailendra Singh is a bully and part of the problem. Fellow VCs know it. Founders know it. Service providers know it. Threads, gyan, savvy Singapore pad, cute pictures, these are all good but cannot change character. Sorry.
