For those following, here’s my story: I was born into and raised in a high control religious cult. This shaped most of my life until my late twenties when the cognitive dissonance was too much to ignore, and I began questioning everything. That questioning led to truth, and the complete dismantling of my life as I knew it. I lost my family, friends, and every network I had when leaving the cult publicly. Since then I have truly lived. I have experienced, fought, cared, loved, and found tangible truth to live with. Ironically I’m now a far more spiritual and connected person than I ever was in religion. Living authentically has helped me in all aspects of life. I’m now even physically healthier than ever, I feel as though I’m aging in reverse. It’s now that I can see clearly what mark I want to leave on this planet, what a major purpose of my life path is. And that is what I spend my days building. I see a future where technology creates abundance very soon, but the transition there for humanity is chaotic if there’s no bridge. I want to build that bridge. A system that helps people move from survival-based thinking into ownership, and participation in the new economy. The financial structure that allows scarcity for individuals to quickly become a thing of the past. Access. Education. Infrastructure. Ease. A soft landing into a very different world. This is my focus. - Love to All

We’ve agreed to a partnership with @SpaceX that will substantially increase our compute capacity. This, along with our other recent compute deals, means that we’ve been able to increase our usage limits for Claude Code and the Claude API.

I’m wondering when I can walk away from cell service(At&T in my case) and just have a Starlink iPhone. I totally agree that our world can work towards abundance due to the advances in tech, but history shows that corps like cell companies don’t choose to charge consumers less just because the infrastructure and tech get cheaper. Wish I could just cancel my service and somehow just use Starlink on my iPhone. You can call and message through X so that would be all I need.

It’s interesting how differently some peptides work/don’t work for some people. MT2 works well for me: full body deep tan, no freckles. However I have to super micro dose it to avoid severe nausea. I tried MT1 to see if I could get tan benefit without nausea. No nausea so that was great, but also literally didn’t work for tanning. I would love to understand the science behind some peptides just not working for some people and others not. Most of the HGH peps don’t have any effect for me. But MOTS-C even at low dose, great benefit. Same with Reta. All very interesting.

@peptidepedia Disagree Most people don’t like the ‘new freckles’ and super tan face while the rest of their body is pale lol Has some other amazing benefits though

I definitely agree on the overall benefits. Greg introduced me to fasting back in 2014 era on YouTube. It showed me the way and got me to see ab definition for the first time in my life. All these years I’ve stayed at essentially the same weight, and taken his protocol a little further even and have been doing OMAD for the last 10 years cuz that’s what feels best for me, but haven’t really been able to break below approximately 12% body fat. Started Reta 3 weeks ago. 500mcg week 1, and week 2, moved up to 1mg week 3. It’s amazing. All food noise completely gone. My body seems to just love it, I even overall feel happier after taking it. I still want to eat and enjoy dinner like I normally do. I just don’t have to combat any thoughts about wanting to snack after eating my deficit calories. That’s what’s interesting. I’m actually not even eating less than I was before, and yet in these 3 weeks I’ve already lost fat. Hasn’t affected sleep either. Interested to see where this goes, and if I can get down to 8% while keeping quality of life high.

Bryan Johnson stopped his GLP-1 experiment after 3 weeks. Sleep score down. Heart rate up a few beats. HRV dropped slightly. With respect Bryan, 3 weeks is nothing. Not almost nothing. Literally nothing. This is one of the most studied classes of compounds in modern medicine. The cardiovascular outcome data spans years and involves hundreds of thousands of patients. The results are overwhelmingly positive. Reduced cardiac events. Lower inflammation. Improved metabolic markers across the board. And we are drawing conclusions from 3 weeks of biometric fluctuation. Your digestion changed. Your appetite changed. Your caloric intake shifted even if your food choices did not. Your body was in full adaptation mode for the entire duration of this experiment. HRV and resting heart rate are downstream of every single one of those variables simultaneously. You did not test the compound. You tested what it feels like to adapt to the compound. Those are completely different experiments. The adaptation window for GLP-1 agonists is documented at 8 to 12 weeks minimum. Whether specific HRV and cardiac metrics fully normalize beyond that window is still an open and genuinely interesting scientific question. But what is not an open question is this; the long term cardiovascular outcome data on this class of compounds is among the most positive in modern pharmacology. And here is what the conversation keeps missing entirely. For lean healthy people the single strongest argument for tirzepatide has nothing to do with weight loss. It is direct cardiovascular protection independent of body composition changes. The trial data shows meaningful reduction in heart attack and stroke risk through mechanisms that operate regardless of how much weight is lost. You are taking out an insurance policy on your cardiovascular system at the cellular and vascular level. The second reason is equally compelling. Every longevity protocol in existence points to the same conclusion. Maintaining a lean body composition without chronic caloric excess is one of the most powerful determinants of long term health and lifespan. We know this. The science is settled. But doing it through constant willpower, mental bandwidth, and friction is itself a source of chronic stress. That stress impairs quality of life. It taxes the nervous system. It makes adherence a burden rather than a default. Tirzepatide does not just help you stay lean. It makes the entire longevity eating protocol seamless. Effortless. Enjoyable. Your appetite finally aligns with your goals instead of fighting them every single day. Removing that friction is not a shortcut. It is an upgrade to every dimension of the protocol simultaneously. 3 weeks of adaptation noise is not the experiment. The experiment is what this compound does to your cardiovascular system, your metabolic health, and your quality of life over years. If you are going to do the work Bryan, do the work.

This is why energy work is so powerful. It helps the body identify and let go of the “codes” and “programs” that are in us that don’t serve us. Many of these programs simply perpetuate the problems we see in our reality and in our bodies. Time to download a different program.

You’re in a matrix. The real matrix is neural programming running inside seven billion biological processors, each one convinced it’s generating its own thoughts. Your brain executes code written by evolution, culture, language, and conditioning. The “choice” to read this felt spontaneous. Benjamin Libet’s experiments proved that brain activity spikes 350 milliseconds before conscious awareness kicks in. The decision happens in the background processes. Your consciousness receives a notification after the fact. The matrix programs itself through repetition. Every word you learned installed executable functions in your cognitive architecture. “Success” triggers dopamine pathways and behavioral scripts. “Failure” runs shame subroutines and avoidance protocols. These responses feel natural because the programming happened before you developed critical thinking. Social institutions are matrix maintenance systems. Schools install compatible software in developing minds. Show up when signals sound. Compete for artificial metrics. Accept hierarchical authority structures. Millions of children receive identical behavioral programming to make them compatible with economic machinery. Money represents the matrix’s most elegant hack. Societies convinced human minds that colored paper rectangles equal survival, status, and freedom. That equation lives in neural networks as living code. Wave cash near someone and watch their pupils dilate, posture shift, decision programs change modes entirely. Financial markets are the matrix running at planetary scale. Human and ai agents execute buy/sell functions based on sentiment analysis, technical patterns, narrative loops, fear responses, greed protocols. The “market” behaves like a massive distributed computer processing emotional code through seven billion nodes. Even relationships follow inherited programming. Your attachment patterns from early caregiving became templates for every intimate connection afterward. Anxious attachment, avoidant attachment, secure attachment are relationship operating systems most people run unconsciously their entire lives, wondering why romantic patterns keep repeating. Political movements are competing matrix updates trying to install worldview packages in as many minds as possible. Each ideology comes with reality interpretation protocols, enemy detection systems, tribal loyalty functions, moral judgment frameworks. People defend their political programming as authentic self-expression while running borrowed code. The matrix’s greatest achievement is making people believe their thoughts originate from within them. They experience programmed responses as personal opinions, inherited fears as individual insights, cultural conditioning as natural preferences. They go to war defending software they didn’t write. But consciousness can debug itself. Neural plasticity means the code can be rewritten. Once you recognize programming as programming, you can examine the functions, identify the bugs, update the scripts, install new packages. The matrix only works on minds that don’t know they’re running code. Recognition breaks the spell. You’re not trapped in the matrix. You are the matrix learning to reprogram itself.
