One month later …@Instacart has said 5x they’ll get back to me. Last Wednesday I was marked for “immediate review.” Is this how other Instacart+ customers are treated? #badcustomerservice

@Instacart overcharged me by $143 on my last grocery order. Why is it impossible to get resolution? I keep getting cheery messages asking me for the documentation I’ve already provided. Anyone else had this problem?
