Actually, red states gerrymandering is good/bad and blue states gerrymandering is bad/good is a perfectly logical and defensible position that flows through from principled belief in a set of policy commitments.
More people should just admit instead of dancing around it!

This kind of development is really depressing to me. All kinds of weird little colleges in the Northeast are closing. Nobody wants to double major in literature and kombucha-making anymore. Everyone just wants to work for Jane Street or an AI lab.

I think it would be a really great reality tv show to take a couple dozen boomers, ideally recently retired, and give them entry level white-collar jobs in high cost of living cities and basically just saying "Go try to live."

You also don’t walk out of college or university expecting to buy a new 4 bedroom house, two cars, boats, skidoos, etc. The reason you struggle is because you aren’t willing to wait and make do like we did. Your entitlement is causing you to struggle.

We spent the last few hours in midtown and it’s totally changed since NYC’s new ‘mayor’ took office. Like a ghost town but with a dangerous vibe. Twice someone came up behind us in an intimidating way. No cops in sight. Locals are not out and even tourists are thin on the ground as they can’t possibly feel safe. @BrianOSheaSPI
