How do you feel about being linked to that group.” Clavicular: “I'm not linked to that group in any way. Looksmaxxing is self improvement, right? So it's about potentially even ascending out of that category. So that would be kind of one of the goals is to disassociate from being an incel and overcome that. So that doesn't make sense.” 60 Minutes: “You've been seen with certain people who are from all parts of that world. I mean, just as an example, you've obviously shared company with Andrew Tate and other, dare I say, rather controversial figures. I’m curious why it matters when they reached out and issued a search warrant? I guess I’m even more curious why a search warrant is issued to BYU? Maybe someone who knows more about this process can enlighten me. Did they issue a search warrant for his parents too?

Timeline of events: 2/23/25 - DATE OF ALLEGED RAPE 2/27/25 - REPORTED AT ST. GEORGE REGIONAL HOSPITAL 6/03/25 - WOMAN INTERVIEWS WITH WASH. CO ATTORNEY’S OFFICE 08/30/25 - BYU REGULAR SEASON OPENER 12/27/25 - BYU BOWL GAME 2/11/26 - KINGSTON ARRESTED IN PROVO According to the probable cause statement, Kingston was interviewed by investigators (no date given) and stated that he and the woman had consensual sex. At some point in this timeframe, St. George PD contacted BYU campus police and they executed search warrants. I’ve reached out to multiple people at the university, including the chief of police, to ask when that was. No response yet.
