In an attempt to influence American foreign policy, he proposed a Trump-branded golf course, cut Jared Kushner & Ivanka Trump into a multibillion-dollar real estate deal for a resort in Albania, and had someone physically deliver a stone engraved with the Trump family crest to a Republican Member of Congress with instructions to take it to the White House to get the President's attention. Trump threw his weight behind repealing the sanctions. They were lifted. The contracts are moving, and the Trump family’s deals are expanding.

Really proud of everyone's work. The learnings of Winter, Spring, MSI and EWC pushed us to change our internal processes. Staff adapted to better fit with the strengths of our roster. We changed our drafting system, giving more power to Dylan/Rodrigo so they could lead us through the chaos of fearless mode. Isma's work with the players is showing clear progress and everyone is becoming a better teammate. Memento's focus on strategies and reviews kept us a disciplined and honest unit. The players are accelerating the grind, and we've all increased the priority on "enjoying this journey together". As a reward for this optimised approach, Skewmond and Labrov now also have an LEC trophy. Finally winning a European title is a nice milestone in the 10-month-long marathon that is the LoL Season. It feels like all our baby steps are adding up and could take us somewhere beautiful. Time to get locked in for the next part! Tomorrow we're going to China. Idea is to lower the result-base approach it pushes on scrim games. Words were added to help the focus on our learnings. In esports, poor behavior is often excused because of talent. Yet, it’s often the most talented who most need structure and direct feedback in order to accept responsibility or act as a decent teammate. We all know there are hierarchies in team environments. If you ask any failing roster who to replace, generally the answer is their weakest player or the one (forced role-wise into) making sacrifices for others. And often that change is a form of cope, masking the fundamental issue: protecting a talented-ego at the top of the hierarchy. Teams where conditions discourage ego-based behaviors are most likely to reach their collective potential. You’re better off facing the resistance from that ego led player than be held hostage because of their insecurities disguised by their talent.

Helping teach my daughter how to get what she wants is going well. Teenage girls are so bad at it. They roll their eyes and stomp. I approach the kids with maladaptive behaviors by asking if they are more or less likely to get what they want by doing that thing. She’s working on calm pleasant negotiations. Today I said be ready in five. I watched her start to storm off and she turned and said “would you consider waiting 10”. I am so pleased. I said of course! Girl learn to get what you want. It took me 30 years. She can do it in 15.
