Documentation on secure account. Does it make any impact in processing my New Study Permit application? Will my new application be reveiwed after getting Withdrawal document or it will be processed normally as other normal applications are being proxessed?

Also applied but they have applied fresh files. So the matter is, their applications are under review but my review has been started yet. And yes I just got email confirmation of withdrawal of my old application but it still can be view on secure account and haven't got any
