(1/2) IRCC cannot guarantee that students will receive a final decision on their application before the fall 2021 semester begins. Students who do not receive their study permit approval before the fall semester will be able to start their classes online outside Canada.

@CanadainIndia Pooja, what is this behaviour? We've been waiting for months and you promised us that we'll get our decision by 6th August but people who field after 15th May got their PPR first. You need to stop lying and do what you promised to do. So disappointing.
