Except for that weird Afrophobia thing, South Africa has some of the best foreign policy on the entire continent. ICJ anti-genocide case, full BRICS membership, and a head of state who didn't agree to be summoned to Nairobi at Macron's command like a dog being brought to heel.

These two men were in the ADC coalition with Mr. Obi. Two of them leaned towards Alh. Atiku Abubakar for his deep pocket. Both hoped they would use Obi's popularity to secure Atiku's presidency and ultimately their political appointments. Atiku wants to be president. Obi wants to be president. But it's the turn of the South, and Obi is from the South. The two cannot be presidents through the ADC at the same time. Obi left when they least expected it and shattered their plans and hopes of Atiku becoming the president or any of them securing any appointment. Both have been inconsolable ever since. They have been talking nonstop. It's been Obi this, Obi that, so much so that they are not even seeing that the ADC may not even be on the ballot. But Mr. Dele seems to have regained his composure and moved ahead but for Kenny? Nooo!! He seems to be on overdrive to prove like he said that Obi rode on his influence in 2023. Dear Kenneth Okonkwo, replicate for Atiku in 2027 what you did for Obi in 2023. Perhaps Atiku has more than enough shishi to pay for that.

Lol. He hasn't been anywhere near Dubai because staying in Dubai is not for anyone. A man who has been to every nook and cranny in this country for the past three(3) years, and yet he doesn't have the love from Nigerians, how do you expect such a man to lead Nigerians when they have already rejected him? Atiku did not choose to be love. He is love out of his unwavering commitment, competence, patriotism, and his love to the common fellow county men and women. Last time i checked, Mr. Peter Obi said he doesn’t have money and that he will not give money to anyone. So, how did someone who didn't have money get N300m to spend every single month? As you claimed, if he did spend that much every month for the past three (3) years, he has spent N10.8B, approximately at N11B. Where did someone who didn't have money get such huge amounts from? Atiku has been at the side of Nigerians for half his life. He has dedicated his health, his wealth, his life, and all that matters to him in the service of Nigeria. A known fact, whether you or anyone like it or not. This coalition was brought into life because of Atiku. He has been making reaches throughout every turning point of this country. The whole of Arewa fell on love with the idea of this coalition because of Atiku. All the heavyweights, all the common men and women of this country, the young and the old, the workers and the entrepreneurs, the farmers and the traders, the students and the teachers, the voices in the cities and the strength in the villages, everyone united in this coalition (ADC) because of Atiku, and for Atiku, with hope, purpose, and the belief in a better Nigeria under his leadership. So I speak to you as a man who thinks he has a conscience, how can you ever compare Atiku with someone like Peter Obi? If he earns the ticket through consensus or direct primaries, then fani'ima. But keep in mind that the ADC will not give anyone a free ticket. So, it's either he's with us or against us. Atiku will contest, and get will surely get the ticket, not because of any power he held or any finances he may offer to anyone, but because he’s capable, he’s reliable, he’s visionary, he’s consistent, he’s focused, he’s experienced, he’s trustworthy, he’s determined, and he has a proven track record of delivering results even in difficult circumstances. He stands out as the best among them all. @atiku will and shall get the ticket, and insha Allah he will be announced and sworn-in as the 8th democratically elected President of Nigeria. Ma'assalam fi amanillah.

Isn't it funny how what was once the 2nd poorest country in the world now has the money to build housing and infrastructure for its people after getting rid of French colonisation and reclaiming its sovereignty? And it built all this without needing a single NGO. Funny right?
The Spearhead@Spearhead_Af

Niger To Provide 1000 Affordable Housing Units To Citizens, Near Completing First Batch The Nigerien government is set to deliver 1000 affordable housing units to the people of Niger as part of its Cité de la Refondation (“City of Refoundation”) social housing initiative, launched in 2024 by the administration of Nigerien President Abdourahmane Tchiani. As of April 10, 2026, the first batch of 400 homes is near completion. The Cité de la Refondation initiative comes amid many bold steps forward for the once economically and politically stagnant West African nation, since it severed ties with former colonizer France in 2023. As a member of the Alliance of Sahel States (AES), Niger has faced relentless attacks by Western-backed terrorists, economic isolation and sovereignty violations by Western-aligned African states, and endless slander from Western and Western-aligned media. Despite these externally-imposed challenges, the country and its fellow AES members, Mali and Burkina Faso, have continued to record economic and political wins. All 3 nations have pointed to France as a key sponsor of terror in the Sahel – a claim which has been corroborated by their international allies – and France itself, along with its fellow Western nations, has made no bones about its intentions to revive its dwindling influence in Africa, and in so doing, shore up its own presently crumbling economy. Recall that on March 11, 2026, the European Parliament called for the release of French-backed former Nigerien President Mohamed Bazoum, who was detained in 2023 by the Tchiani administration for his crimes against the Nigerien people.

Maybe @DavidHundeyin speaks too much English. Let me break it down the way it should to a 5 years old . This caliphate idea did not just wake up one morning and become active. It has always been there, yes. But why does it suddenly look coordinated, persistent and better supplied now? Why now, at the same time these regions are getting attention for what is buried under them? You people like to reduce everything to religion because it is easier to digest. Muslim vs Christian, North vs South. Simple story, emotional reaction. But reality is not that shallow. Two things are happening at the same time. There are extremists who believe in this caliphate idea. That part is real. But they do not have the structure, intelligence or long term coordination to sustain this level of disruption across multiple regions on their own. That is where you are getting it wrong. Then there are foreign interests. Cold, calculated, patient. They do not care about your religion. They care about access, control and extraction. Now let’s do the connection. An extremist is not thinking about lithium, gold, uranium or rare earth. He is thinking about jihad. But someone else understands the value of that land. Someone else understands that the fastest way to gain access is not to negotiate with people, but to remove them. So what do they do? Knowing they cannot show their face. They cannot send soldiers. They find an existing ideology, amplify it, fund it indirectly, guide it quietly, and let it do the work. So villages gets attacked, people run, land becomes empty, narrative becomes religion, extraction begins, while the foot soldiers are also allowed to live in those villages. And while you are busy arguing online about who is killing who, the real objective is being achieved without resistance. You are looking at the weapon and ignoring the hand controlling the direction. The same way some Nigerians are convinced there is a one sided Christian genocide, the extremist are convinced they are fighting a divine mission. Both sides are being programmed to stay locked in conflict. Because as long as you are divided, nobody asks deeper questions. History has shown this pattern too many times. They use existing ideology, fund it, cause instability and then carry out their agenda, leaving chaos behind. Yet many Nigerians refuse to see it. Some out of ignorance, some out of their own interest, some because accepting it will force them to rethink everything they believe. Let me say something you may not like. Even if every single extremist disappears today, the killings will not stop, the format will change, the actors will change, the excuse will change, but the objective will remain. Because the problem is not just the man holding the gun. The problem is the system that needs that gun to be fired. Until you stop reducing everything to religion and start asking who benefits, you will keep fighting symptoms and protecting the cause. And a people that cannot identify the real cause of their suffering will never find a real solution.
