@mattpocockuk @_nerd_ I think unfortunately with how unwilling to comment Anthropic have been (see T3 Code and their attempts at getting an answer), we're not going to get an answer until people just do it and see what they say after the fact...
English

@_nerd_ Yeah, but before I commit to teaching that I need someone from Anthropic to say it.
English

Can I get some questions answered by someone at Anthropic?
1. Can you use an OAuth token generated from a subscription to power the Claude Agent SDK strictly for using Claude Code in a local dev loop?
All I want is a more reliable API for parallelizing multiple Claude Code's.
2. If I build an open source tool that relies on this pattern - i.e. for making parallelization easier - can I distribute it so that other people can use it?
The reason I'm asking is that the legal compliance docs and @trq212's public statements (below) appear to contradict.

@_cookieBadger Thank you for this! Just bought a copy of Asset Placer to support ❤️
Asset Placer also looks so useful, so thanks for making that too!

I contribute to the Godot engine, make gamdev tools, experiments, and sometimes little games - if you'd like to pay me a coffee, you can donate via one of my projects on itch ☕❤️🫶

Didn't expect #Godot area lights to blow up now, but this demo by @passivestar_ is beautiful!
For those new to my acc: the area light PR is my Master's Thesis, I've worked on it for more than 1 year, without pay - now, it could be merged any day! 🥹

@saltjsx @dedene @jullerino I'm pretty sure the workaround is going to be to try to force Anthropic's hand by releasing it anyway and making them comment on it lol
English

@dalVlatko I’m also super interested if you end up putting it out there for EA
English

Wow @jullerino @theo definitely cooked with T3 Code, it's been a super nice base to build on
Ended up smashing out some split view management stuff and it was super easy. Very understandable code too which has been great
Not the smoothest demo video but should give an idea
English

@maria_rcks I do not envy you, lots of well meaning dev's I'm sure but even going through to cherry-pick changes for my fork (until some of the functionality lands in main) is a nightmare because of the fact that people are combining a billion changes into one PR
English

to the people contributing to t3.codes
could you please... stop?
- do not file a 9k loc pr that adds 7 features on top of what you advertised in the title.
- ANY ui change should have before / after screenshots, idk how this isn't common knowledge.
- and for the ones adding providers, i'd just wait for @jullerino / @theo to add them.
if you want to make things right:
- first open an issue with something you'd like changed / added with clear examples of how it'll work / look, also attach examples from other open source apps that do that specific thing well
- something as simple as changing the wording "open pr" to "view pr"
- removing a stray dot in the ui for the working animation
and most important of all... make it easy to review
English

@theo Some other small ones from me getting people at work to try it today:
The built-in terminal is great, but some engineers are struggling to find it. A button to toggle it would be great.
Also had 3/4 people comment on the bullet next to the loader and how it looks off.

English

@argofowl It supports skills
Split View is cool but not a 1 hour task if we want to get it right
Sidebar is staying open
None of these are issues
English

@Dorizzdt @benvargas @theo @opencode @AnthropicAI T3 Code is just the official harness though right? It just has a UI wrapper around it
English

@benvargas @theo @opencode @AnthropicAI its pretty clear. use plan with official harness only, otherwise use api.
armchair legal ai fueled nit picking is not going to go anywhere but "asked an answered"
English

Not gonna lie, it's kind of crazy that we still have no idea if shipping this would get Claude Code users banned.
Having shitty policies is bad enough. Refusing to clarify them is absurd.
Theo - t3.gg@theo
We want to add support for Claude via the Agent SDK so you can bring your subscriptions. We have a PR with the changes ready. We just don't know if we're allowed to ship it. The moment we get a 👍 from @trq212, @bcherny or @DarioAmodei, we will get this shipped.
English

@theo @joshmanders Projects with shared context is exactly what I'm looking for personally. I often ask questions about the same project but need to describe the project every time which sucks
English

@joshmanders Mind sharing more details of how you use memory? We want to make sure we get it right when we do it. Would projects w/ shared context suffice?
