@jeffjupp Plus if there’s a total inability for the user & dispatcher to communicate, we’ll contact the appropriate 911 call center & inform them we’ve made contact with a user but that they do not speak English. A 911 dispatcher who does speak Spanish will then contact the user directly.
@jeffjupp Although we don't offer the app in Spanish, Our monitoring centers typically have staff on duty that can handle Spanish. Additionally, our agents have access to online translation tools as well as a language-line translation service.
@jeffjupp Hi! The Noonlight app language is English and there isn't a way to change that inside the app. However, if you trigger an alarm and need to speak with one of our agents in a language other than English, we have translation services available upon request to accommodate that.

Hey @NoonlightSafety I just got an android phone and put your app on it. I've got location on, but it's only giving me options for allow location while app is running or do not allow location. On my iphone I had it on all the time. Can I do that now??
