@glennbeck Freeform of religion is no longer exercised in US. Main position is preferential treatment to allow Islamist do whatever they want whereas any public display in favor of other religions is frowned upon! Why is that? Are we afraid that we get targeted by the Islamist?

So we pointed that out, and they said we still couldn’t have it. We asked for the district policy they referenced. After about a month of emails, they came back and said it wasn’t a district policy, but just the way they felt. We kept fighting for about a month to gain access, and once we were finally approved, we were the only club that couldn’t have guest speakers, the only club that couldn’t have a social media page, the only club that couldn’t have posters… When we finally got the posters approved… the principals were taking down our posters because they had an issue with the American flag on it.”

@hubermanlab @trainer2thepros It’s fantastic! I always included it as part of the arm routine! Same with calves included in leg routine! Both seem visibly disproportionate on many gym patrons compared to the size or definition of their limbs! 💪🙌💪

Learned how to train forearms properly yesterday— as with neck no one “likes” training them but everything gets stronger and safer when you do. Takes 8 minutes 1-3x per week. @trainer2thepros and I both 50. No pain, just the big stuff and a little extra attention to detail.

The big stuff: e.g., regularly doing compound (multi joint) exercises with progressive overload, moderate pace and high intensity interval training etc are made possible for decades longer if you also do the small stuff: keep your lower back, knees, rotator cuffs and neck strong.
