The security agreement between Ukraine and Norway, which Prime Minister @jonasgahrstore and I signed in Stockholm today, became the 15th in total for our country. Norway will provide around €1.2 billion in military assistance to Ukraine this year. Norway, along with our other allies, will assist us in developing our modern air force capabilities, and has already expressed a clear willingness to provide F-16 fighter jets. Norway will also contribute significantly to the development of maritime capabilities in the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov, as well as continue to provide NASAMS systems and related equipment and specialist training. We will also work to enhance defense-industrial cooperation. I am grateful to Norway for its steadfast and reliable assistance in Ukraine's fight for freedom and just peace, as well as our shared values and long-term peace in Europe. 🇺🇦🇳🇴

I welcome the efforts for a comprehensive & lasting ceasefire in #Gaza, presented by @POTUS. It is long overdue that the war ends, that hostages are released, and that sufficient humanitarian aid reaches Gaza. I encourage all parties to negotiate & implement in good faith.
