Here’s a tip for you @TSB Focus on fixing your #payment problems & communicate with us. A weekend of failed payments & verifications = a weekend of stress, time wasted & extra charges for your customers. Thx for the energy tip but sort your own house out, don’t add to our stress.

@TSB Thanks Andrew for your response and info. Perhaps you could pass up the chain that a proactive comms approach to notify your customers (rather than wait for them to try every channel several times over) might be the way forward in rebuilding relations.

@TSB your entire CX is failing across all channels. You've taken £100s of duplicated payments from my account, your online login is down, and both your app chat & automated helpline are stuck in a horror loop. Ofc there's no human in sight. Appalling treatment of your customers.
