It was great to visit @NorthKenCE with @Ed_Miliband yesterday to see the community solar project in action at Westway Sports Centre. Our @UKLabour Green Prosperity Plan will back projects like this around the country to bring down bills, create jobs and tackle climate change.

We're delighted to welcome long-standing resident Philip to the board of directors, whose nomination was approved unanimously by members at this week's AGM. &massive, mega thanks to directors @FranSpoerry and Dave who've stood down after years of genuinely invaluable service

The UK's energy system is outrageously unfair. Our model is better. On Tuesday, our members voted to put our profits back into North Ken and the local area. Our community fund is now nearly £10k! Find a community energy group near you and join them! @RepowerLondon @Comm1nrg 💚

Big news from last night's AGM: we are in profit! But unlike Shell & BP, we're structured so that our profits, by law, HAVE to benefit the local community. Who are we? We're a community energy co-op with ~230 members. We're building the world we believe in, and it's working.
