I think Darling has been a great pick up. His experience and leadership on the ground has been quite beneficial. If he triggers another year, he’ll be a good asset at training and in the 2’s. The goal will be to use him less in the seniors. Your thoughts, NMFC-verse?

Mid-season draft watch 👀 Could be the second North VFL product to graduate to the seniors in as many years. Trained with the AFL team over the summer and is continuing to during the season. Bamert is a real competitor which I love. Of course we would need to open a spot.

Will Hayward gets his week ban upheld for Wardlaw strike. Roos are sure O’Sullivan hurt his jaw in this separate Hayward bump but as the vision shows there was daylight between the players’ heads. There is a view it might have been whiplash as his head rocked back. He probably misses 2-3 weeks even though the Roos are saying they will know more later this week on the timeline.
